I provide online therapy for adults living in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina. I’m a fully licensed therapist in all five states.

In-Network Insurance

If you'd like to use insurance, I'm currently in-network with:

• Aetna

• Optum

• Oscar

• Oxford

• UnitedHealthcare

• Several other plans under these umbrella companies

 

I’ll file claims directly for you. You’ll be responsible for any co-pay, coinsurance, or deductible. Not sure if your plan qualifies? Feel free to reach out and I’ll help you check.

Out-Of-Network & Self Pay

Many clients choose to pay out of pocket for the flexibility, privacy, and ease it offers. If your insurance includes out-of-network benefits, you can still work with me and request reimbursement. I’ll provide you with a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt) to submit to your insurance.

 

Here are my current self-pay rates:

• 15-minute consultation call: Free

• Intake Assessment: $225

• Individual Therapy (16–37 min): $150

• Individual Therapy (38–52 min): $175

• Individual Therapy (53–75 min): $200

 

Paying privately means no diagnosis is required and you have full control over your care. It's often a great fit for those seeking help with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship concerns, or just wanting a space to sort through life.
